From my experience, the personalized stuff takes a little while to actually get made. I'd give it at least a week for production before it even ships. So two weeks might be cutting it close if you need it delivered across the country.

Yeah, they have to print the name and everything. I ordered a custom gown and it took about 5 business days to make, then shipping was pretty fast after that. Might want to pay for expedited if you're worried.

I think for personalized items, you generally can't return them unless there's an actual defect. It's because they put a custom name on it, so they can't resell it.
